Veterans may experience difficulties in translating their military skills into civilian terms. Hiring companies often experience difficulties in understanding the skills veterans possess. CCS takes the mystery out of these daunting tasks by serving as the interpreter and translator for both the veteran and the hiring company. We go a step further by evaluating the technical skills of the veteran to determine the skills required to obtain gainful civilian employment. Upon completion of our detailed evaluation, we provide career coaching and training opportunities that help the veteran successfully transition to the civilian workplace.
